Specific phobias, social phobias and agoraphobia are all kinds of fears that don't seem like a very big deal to people who doesn't have it. However, people who are sensitive to these phobias, are affected by a lot in a variety of ways. People with specific phobias are scared of things that most people can ignore or handle such as common places, buildings, transportation, or bugs. Specific phobias give people more anxiety to common things than other people and that is why they do their best to avoid things that they cannot pass by. Social phobias are a fear of expressing your own idea feeling that you might get embarrassed or criticized in front of a whole crowd. People with social phobias usually are very sensitive to what others might say about them. I tend to have this phobia slightly in front of a bigger crowd and sometimes by face blushes or my heart- rate goes up.
